Pizza Delivery: Puppet Edition!
"Pizza Delivery: Puppet Edition!" is a SpongeBob SquarePants Pineapple Playhouse short. In this short, SpongeBob and Squidward step out to make a special Krusty Krab pizza delivery, but things don't go as planned when they get lost and forget to bring the... DIET DR. KELP!!! Synopsis
Following a sneak peek of the things that'll happen in the short, the scene cuts to a shot of nighttime at the Krusty Krab, and there's suddenly ringing on the telephone. Squidward picks it up, saying that the restaurant is closed, but Mr. Krabs takes the opportunity and snatches the phone from him. The customer on the phone wants pizza delivered to their house, and despite Squidward's rebuttals - Mr. Krabs makes the first ever KK pizza and forces him and SpongeBob to deliver it.
The scene then cuts to a shot of Squidward and SpongeBob outside, and the latter's inspecting the boat. With that done, Squidward expects SpongeBob to drive it, but he can't, as he's still in boating school. Squidward simply tells SpongeBob to "put it in reverse," but when the sponge is still seeming hesitant, Squidward tells him to back it up, pushing down the boat lever and driving it into the middle of nowhere - subsequently running it out fuel. Squid believes that all hope is lost, and that it can't get any worse - kicking the boat, giving it back all of its energy as it drives away.
SpongeBob and Squidward are then forced to travel on foot, and SpongeBob points to a rock with moss on its left, believing it leads to civilization. Squidward has heavy doubts and they go westwards instead, which ironically, leads them deeper into sandy ruins. To help pass the time, SpongeBob sings the Krusty Krab Pizza song, irritating Squidward, but neither of those attitudes can sustain the tiring journey. Squidward says the two have got to eat something - SpongeBob initially suggests coral, which Squid goes right for - but when Bob tries to correct himself, Squidward spits it right out. Fed up, Squidward frustratedly suggests eating the pizza, to which SpongeBob immediately goes against, but Squid tries to manipulate his stance by opening the box and glossing over its features. SpongeBob eventually realizes what he's doing and the two fight over it, but that stops when the two encounter a rock, which SpongeBob happily sulks over, talking on about how the pioneers rode them for miles. Despite Squidward's complaints, going on a rant about the pioneers' ways, SpongeBob finds a way to ride the rock anyway and they reach the Customer's house.
SpongeBob expects a smooth delivery, and everything goes well at first - but things go downhill when the Customer realizes the sponge forgot his Diet Dr. Kelp, insulting him so bad that it sends him into a weeping, crying fit. Squidward, even with his irritation with SpongeBob throughout the journey, decides to stick up for him and slams the pizza right in the Customer's face. SpongeBob asks Squidward if the Customer took the pizza, and Squidward replies that he ate it one bite, without any drink.
SpongeBob and Squidward hop onto the rock, and Squidward politely commands the sponge to take him home. Unfortunately, the two have enough time to get back to work, causing Squidward to moan about his aching tentacles.

- Prior to its release, footage from this short was used in a video for the Nicktoons YouTube channel on February 9, 2023, as well as the compilation special "Pineapple Playlist" on March 24.
- This is the first Pineapple Playhouse short to feature the Customer.
- This short is also known as "Where's My DRINK?! | "Pizza Delivery" ...with Puppets!" on the SpongeBob YouTube channel,[3] and simply "Pizza Delivery" or the codename "pizzadelivery" production wise, as seen on Garrett Beltis' website.[4]
