Teen 13 is a "Teen" incidental who first appears in the episode "The Chaperone."
Description
She is an olive green anchovy with plum colored hair who wears a yellow prom dress with matching shoes.
Role in series
Teen 13 makes only four appearances in the show (not counting her unused appearance in "Hello Bikini Bottom"). She has been both portrayed as a teenager and a fancy fish.

She is one of the students who toss SpongeBob and Pearl out of the prom.
"Le Big Switch"
She appears as a customer at Fancy! and later at the Krusty Krab.
"Hello Bikini Bottom!"
Her model sheet shows that she was originally featured to appear in the crowd for the Ned and the Needlefish concert. Although she wasn't seen in the final episode.
"The Flower Plot"
Two Teen 13s are seen attending the anchovy wedding.
"Dopey Dick"
A 1830s variant of her appears sitting in a rocking chair while Fishmael Tentacles slips on a trail of Jellyfish jelly.

- She and Teen 9 are the only female "Teen" incidentals who are anchovies.
- Her hair style and dress have a very striking resemblance to Belle's from Disney's Beauty and the Beast.
