Teen 9 is a "Teen" incidental who first appears in the episode "The Chaperone."
Description
She is an greenish-yellow anchovy with a light tan triangular dorsal fin. She wears a light lavender prom dress.
She also has an alternate pajama wearing design that debuted in "The Slumber Party" where she is colored cyan with a light green dorsal fin. She also wears an orange blouse.
Role in series
Teen 9 appears a fair amount of times throughout in the series. She has always been portrayed as a teenage girl in all of her appearances.

She makes several notable appearances throughout the episode as one of the many students attending the prom.

She appears as one of the teenage girls in Slumber Party Zombie Attack. She is also a guest on Pearl's party.

She is seen as one of The Sharks' fans.
"The Goofy Newbie"
She talks with Octavius Rex about having free ice cream on breaks. She and Octavius have ice cream outside on top of Patrick, who listens to their conversation and decides to get a job at Goofy Goober's Ice Cream Party Boat, right after Octavius Rex's co-worker and Octavius Rex himself realize they were sitting on Patrick and then get off of him.

She is one of the crazed teen fans at the Low Tides concert who attack Stan and later the bubba fish.
