- Article: The existing appearances page.
- Complete list?: Every one of the character's appearances is here. For a quick check, you can look for large gaps in numbers, relatively low amounts of entries compared to how often a character appears, episodes on the gallery/main page that aren't here. The most in-depth way is to use the appearances tutorial on the other sheet.
- Images?: Every appearance has an applicable image. If you can't find any on the gallery, put File:TBA.png instead. You might need to upload extra images and add them to galleries to show off character appearances.
- Descriptions?: Every entry has an accurate, well-written text description of their role in the episode. This should be formatted like "Cameo; he is seen eating at the Krusty Krab."
- Notes: Any additional commentary for looking through the pages.
