Characters

Synopsis

At the beginning of every short, Squidward plays his clarinet. After that, he congratulates the birthday of one Zodiac sign and then starts "predicting." At the end of every short, Squidward says "I'm Squidward, your Nicktoon astrologer," says something random, and then plays his clarinet again.

Trivia

  • Each short aired during commercial breaks on Nickelodeon, one for each time of the year in Zodiac signs.
  • The Zodiac signs are represented by characters often crudely dressed up to look like the actual sign's animal.
  • Although the "micro-series" was somewhat popular, it was cut from Nickelodeon's lineup after airing for a year, but were still sometimes aired on Nicktoons Network, along with many canceled Nickelodeon mini-series and shows.
  • These are the first shorts of the SpongeBob SquarePants series.
  • The shorts are also available in the Russian language. (Leo is also available in Polish.)
  • The shorts were airing in Poland from 2010 to 2012.
  • Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links are the only main characters to be absent as a Zodiac sign or in these shorts.
  • Libra (Squidward) and Virgo (Pearl) are said to exist, but no recording of either episode exists.
    • In addition, Aquarius, Aries, Scorpio, and Capricorn were said to have never been made. However, no solid proof of the (non-)existence of these shorts exists.
  • According to popular belief, Virgo and Libra are the only two lost Astrology with Squidward shorts. However this claim is grounded in loose memories from the mid 2000s, and there is no solid evidence.
  • According to Vincent Waller, Virgo and Libra may have never existed. This goes even further, as he asked Rodger Bumpass and he does not remember doing them.[1]
