Billy (green fish)

William "Billy" James Fishbowl is a half midget lime green parrotfish and a main citizen of Bikini Bottom with red lips and a golden shirt with a red stripe on it. He was Shubie's son but he was adopted by Evelyn Waters. He makes more cameo or brief appearances than roles in each episodes.

Pickles - he makes a first appearance role according debuts of 2 cameos with Lenny and Martha Smith and he said "he burnt my shake".

Employee of the Month- (cameo at the end) he was seen along with Lenny, Mevis,Nat,Frank, and Jimmy-Gus looking at falling krabby patties explode from Krusty Krab.

Neptune's Spatula- (2 cameos) he was at museum and appears in crowd of audience.

Wormy - (cameo) he was seen running shocked in downtown along with other fish chased by a butterfly thinking it's monster in Bikini Bottom.

Patty Hype- (cameo) he appears in big line of other fish.

I'm Your Biggest Fanatic- (cameo) he was briefly a stepson of Nathiel.

The Smoking Peanut- he briefly is seen shocked and running away with his uncleLloyd.

The Fry Cook Games- (cameo) He attends a cool event.

Squid on Strike- he appears to have a female voice along with Sandals.

Sandy, SpongeBob and the Worm- he shows along with Charlie, Evelyn, Fred, and others.

SpongeGuard on Duty - He attends Goo Lagoon.

Mermaid Man & Barnacle Boy IV - (cameo) Shown inside of jar.

Party Pooper Pants- he appears dark blue instead of lime color along with Halbert.

Krabby Land- He was seen as a child.

The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie- He appears light navy & grey as a member of audience.

Krabs vs Plankton- he attended courthouse.

Enemy In-Law - he was seen shocked in downtown and then got kidnapped by a robot Plankton.

Once Bitten - it it was revealed where he and other fish were involved in a major situation suffering in zombies because of Mad Snail Disease.

Wigstruck - He was at movie theater in a civil riot along with other fish figuring that SpongeBob along with Sandy blocked the screen by his wig.

Best Frenemies - he was a Kelp Shake restuarant customer.

The Pink Purloiner- He was a bus passenger.

Best Day Ever- He attends the best day ever event.

Friend or Foe? - He was seen as a kid.

Fungus Among Us- He was seen fungusy in the krusty krab.

Roller Cowards- He was a Glove World customer / tourist.

The Krusty Sponge- (3 cameos) He leaves the Krusty Krab & returns, waits in line and attends courthouse.

A Flea in Her Dome- (cameo) Trapped in Sandy's Treedome at the end.

Mermaid Man vs SpongeBob- He briefly attended Chum Bucket almost at the end.

The Two Faces of Squidward- (cameo) He was looking, taking photos, etc.

Spongicus - (cameo) He attended chum colosium.

Suction Cup Symphony- He attends Squidward's concert.

The Slumber Party - (cameo) he briefly appears in Thaddeus' design and he was at Pearl's slumber party beach.

Krusty Krushers- he attends Bikini Bottom wrestling.

Shuffleboarding- (cameo) he briefly popped out of jail.

No Hat for Pat - (cameo) he & other fish approach on Mr. Krabs about falling Patrick.

Chum Bucket Supreme- he was one of Plankton's customers.

Truth or Square- he makes a cameo in Krusty Krab celebration event.

Chum Caverns- he briefly waits in line of the underground elevator.

Tentacle-Vision- (cameo) he was briefly seen only on TV.

Stuck in the Wringer- he attended Glove World.

Greasy Buffoons- (cameo) he briefly appears first in line in front of Harold, Nat, and Frank.

SpongeBob's Last Stand- (cameo) he was convicted and accumulated in action to save Jellyfish Fields from Super Shelly Highway.

The Cent of Money - he, Evelyn, and Nathiel briefly were in emergency to escape from the chaos of coins caused by Mr. Krabs using Gary for buckets and change machine.

The Wreck of the Mauna Loa - he is briefly involved in the Mauna Loa Amusement Ride and appears on the mid-left side in between John and Mable in the background before the ship just started to go fast and demolish.

Love That Squid- he makes a cameo appearance sitting along with Harv.
