Billy Bob is an unknown "Plankton" incidental who appears in the episodes "Plankton's Army" and "Karen's Virus."

He is a light green plankton with a faded green and deep green striped body and a light gray goatee.
Role in series
Billy Bob has made a few episode appearances in the series so far. Like all "Plankton" incidentals, he is always portrayed to be a member of the Plankton family.

He is one of the many members of the Plankton family who help Plankton steal the Krabby Patty secret formula in the episode.
