Rufus, also known as Plankton 8, is a "Plankton" incidental who first appears in the episode "Plankton's Army."
Description
He is a teal plankton with a dark teal body that has one teal stripe and six legs. He also has a pointy nose pointing downward and a dark teal spike on top of his head.
Names
Rufus is the only generic name that was given to Plankton 8. It was used for him in "Plankton's Army."
Role in series
Rufus has made a few episode appearances in the series so far. Like all "Plankton" incidentals, they are always portrayed to be a member of the Plankton family.

He is one of the many members of the Plankton family who help Plankton steal the Krabby Patty secret formula in the episode.

He very briefly appears in one of Karen's memories alongside several other "Plankton" incidentals.

He is one of the many Plankton family members who greet Plankton in Ma Plankton and Gordon Plankton's trailer.
"In the Mood to Feud"
He fights alongside the Plankton family in the feud at Bikini Holler against the Narwhal family where he gets crushed by a shoe with Jeke.
