Description

It is an extremely small book with a green cover. The contents contain various nonsensical affirmations to calm the reader down.

Role in episode

Squidward finishes reading the book and heads to the library to return it on the day it is due. On the way to the top floor, SpongeBob and Patrick enter the elevator and press all the buttons, then proceed to cause more trouble. Throughout the episode, Squidward calms himself down by reading affirmations from the book.

When he sits down and shares some of the meditation techniques from the book with SpongeBob and Patrick, they end up renovating the elevator into an island. Wally asks to stay, and Squidward consults the book, deciding to let him stay. However, seeing how much they worship the book, Wally gets disturbed and leaves. The library police then pry the elevator open and arrest Squidward because he was thirty seconds late to returning the book.
