Description

He is a light brown fish who wears a yellow shirt, blue pants, a brown fanny pack, and a dark blue cap. He has a turquoise fin on his back.

Role in episode

He works at the bottle toss stand at the Bikini Bottom Fair. When SpongeBob goes looking for Patrick, he finds him at the bottle toss as a prize. SpongeBob pays the carnie a dollar, takes a ball, wins the game, and wins Patrick back as a prize for winning.

• Out of all the known workers at the Bikini Bottom Fair, he is the only one to be given a speaking role.
