Death
Death,Template:Data:References[1] also known as Thanatos,[2] is the personification of death who first appears in the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Roller Cowards."
Description
He is a skeletal figure (with eyelids and a tongue) who wears a maroon robe and carries a large scythe. In "Roller Cowards," his skull is covered by the hood and his robe has rope tied around the waist.

He appears in Template:Data:Links's nightmare of Glove World!, where he points SpongeBob and Template:Data:Links towards the Fiery Fist O' Pain.

SpongeBob mistakes Steve for Death.
"Squid's on a Bus"
As Template:Data:Links tries to drive the bus out of Crush County, SpongeBob sees a passenger at the next stop, which turns out to be Death. Squidward screams and drives past the Bus Stop, causing Death to throw his scythe at the bus in anger.
The Patrick Star Show
"Home ECCH!"
He appears at the hospital, taking the soul of Mr. Steinman, before Template:Data:Links kicks him out of the way, desperate to save Steinman's life.
"Best Served Cold"
He tries to take his revenge on GrandPat Star for evading him for centuries.
"Swaptoberfest"
He mistakenly takes Template:Data:Links to the underworld when he is trying to find GrandPat, and then returns Patrick to the real world when he realises that it's just Patrick with a fake beard.
