I'm Ready SpongeBob was a SpongeBob SquarePants toy released by Mattel in 2005. It is based on the season 1 episode "Employee of the Month" and is part of the Mattel Episodic series. It is a battery-powered plush toy of SpongeBob that says a series of voice clips, as well as a short original song about fry cooking when his hat is squeezed. It was exclusive to Toys "R" Us.[1]

"I'm Ready Sponge Bob[sic] is an exclusive for TRU. Press on SPonge's[sic] head and hear the "I'm Ready" phrases as Sponge[sic] waves his arms. Press his head again and he sings the shoes untied song.[1]

"Employee of the Month" - "Mr. Krabs uses the award to drive SpongeBob, but he dupes SpongeBob into believing he might break his ongoing winning streak and lose this month to Squidward. Squidward could care less but goes along with the ruse for fun. But when a fearful SpongeBob works so hard he humiliates Squidward at work, the battle for the award begins."
