He is a pale blue salmonidae with light green fins and faded blue lips. He wears brown pants and a black belt with a silver belt buckle.

Incidental 107B as a scoutmaster.

He appears as a scoutmaster where he shows his scouts a tree at a park until they find that Patrick used a chainsaw on the tree to advertise for the Krusty Krab. They then run away when the tree starts to fall down.
