Description
She is a dark green anchovy with tall blonde hair. She wears a purple and lavender layered dress, thin black shoes, and a pink pearl necklace. She also has dark red lipstick.
She also has an alternate color palette that debuted in "Grooming Gary" where she is pale green with light pink hair. She also has hot pink lipstick, a pale pink pearl necklace, and hot pink shoes.

Incidental F9 has made a few appearances throughout the series. She has always been portrayed as a high class fancy fish.
