She is a light pink fish with dark pink dimples, hot pink lips, and light brown hair. She wears an orange prisoner uniform that consists of an orange collared shirt and pants. She also wears black shoes.

She is one of the many female inmates jailed at the Bikini Bottom Jail with Mrs. Puff and Donna, where Mrs. Puff can be seen serving chili on her plate while she is on kitchen duty.
