The judge[1] is a character who appears in the episode "Surf N' Turf."
Description
He is a lime green fish with an orange dorsal fin and a dark green mustache. He wears a top hat and a black suit with a blue tie and brown shoes.
He resembles Mr. Mayor and Horace A. Whopper.
Role in episode
He first appears questioning SpongeBob's ship-in-a-bottle, since there is no ship. SpongeBob tells him he is "waiting for his ship to come in" and laughs, although Patrick dislikes his joke.
Later, when Mr. Krabs accidentally destroys all but his own ship-in-a-bottle because of the sheer size of it, he gives the trophy to him, until Sandy accidentally destroys the ship-in-a-bottle and ends up swirling inside her helmet. However, since there were no more ship-in-a-bottles, he gives the award to Sandy.
