K-BLUB is a radio station that appears in the episode "Sing a Song of Patrick." It broadcasts in the Bikini Bottom region and city. The format of the radio station is unknown.

Description

K-BLUB has an extremely tall antenna with satellites apparently flying lower than it. The building itself is encompassed in silver metal, with wooden reinforcements along the edges of the building, and the two glass double doors. Above the doors, there is a wooden sign showing the name of the radio station in turquoise capital lettering.

Role in episode

SpongeBob and Patrick play "Twinkle, Twinkle, Patrick Star" on a record from atop the antenna. The citizens hear it and get hurt from the song, then creating a mob to figure out what is going on.

Trivia

• The radio mast on this radio station looks exactly like the one on the Warsaw radio mast in Poland, which was the world's tallest structure until it collapsed on August 8, 1991.
