It is a paper contract with a badge on it, lines that represent a paragraph, and a line at the bottom where one puts their name in with a pencil.

Role in episode

Mr. Fitz shows this contract on TV to SpongeBob and says he should sign it to get protected. SpongeBob and later Patrick sign this, thinking it will make them invincible. They then do various methods to prove that they are invincible, and eventually Squidward finds out it actually makes him invincible, as seen when he runs through a brick wall canvas.

Squidward then decides to try the Sushi-Maker. Mr. Krabs comes in and tells SpongeBob and Patrick what life insurance really is and signed the contract so he could get the money. When SpongeBob and Patrick try to tell Squidward the news, they shake the diving platform he is on and he falls off and goes through the course, getting badly injured in the process.
