Little idiot
The little idiot[1] is a character who appears in the episode "The Nitwitting."
Description
He is a short light green fish with greenish yellow lips. He also wears glasses, a blue shirt with light blue stripes, and a small red propeller hat that all Empty Head Society members wear.
Role in episode
He is instructed by the Ice Cream King to read the minutes for the meeting, but is really reading on the back of an upside down Kelpo box. The Ice Cream King then randomly yells "Hike!" and kicks him off the stage.
