He is a large, light blue mattress with white eyes.
Role in episode
When Johnny Krill is showing SpongeBob and Patrick how to fight, he boxes a pillow named Charlie. The mattress sees Charlie, after hearing him say to avenge him, and beats up Johnny as revenge for pummeling his friend.
