The motorist is a minor character who appears in the episode "Hall Monitor," the book Comic Number 3, and the PC version of the game Battle for Bikini Bottom.
Description
He is a thin light blue fish with pink lips, a frilled dark blue dorsal fin, cyan arms, and three reddish-purple spots on the side of his back.
