Mr. Krabs' credit card

From SpongeBob Wiki
Object

Mr. Krabs' credit card is a credit card owned by Mr. Krabs. It appears in the episodes "Whale of a Birthday" and "Upturn Girls" (both times to buy things for Pearl).

Description

"Whale of a Birthday"

It is a sky blue credit card produced by a company called Master-Carp. On the upper side of the front, there are two scallops, one purple and another pink, depicted within a dark yellow square, the Master-Carp logo transcribed in dark blue text, and red, white, and blue ribbons. On the lower side, there is a straight dark yellow line, below which depicts Mr. Krabs' full name and his credit card number.

"Upturn Girls"

Two versions of the credit card are shown. The wooden one has white, painted-on text, and it has the same number as the original card (00012387). The diamond unlimited one looks like a blue gem, and it has the next number (00012388) engraved onto it.

Role in series

"Whale of a Birthday"

Mr. Krabs orders SpongeBob to buy all of Pearl's birthday gifts at the Bikini Bottom Mall using his credit card.

"Upturn Girls"

Mr. Krabs attempts to give Pearl his wooden version, but she takes his diamond unlimited one and takes it to Upturn's while bringing Narlene shopping.

Trivia

  • The credit card company "Master-Carp" is a spoof of the real-life credit card company Mastercard.
