Mr. What Zit Tooya, also known as mystery man vest, Incidental FG8, and Incidental 178[2], is a minor character who first appears in the episode "Good Ol' Whatshisname."
Description
He is a lavender colored fish with brown spots on his head, darker purple colored lips, and had a purple dorsal fin. He wears a gray jacket, a white shirt underneath, a light blue tie, brown pants, and black shoes. In his preliminary design, he wore a dark gray vest instead of a jacket, despite him name still being "mystery man vest." Incidental FG8 has the same appearance as Mr. What Zit Tooya.
Incidental 178
He is a light green wrinkled fish, with darker colored spots on his head, orange lips, gray eyebrows, and balding gray hair on the sides of his head. He wears a turtleneck sweater that is teal with a light blue collar, dark blue pants, and brown shoes. He is likely classified as an elderly-type incidental.
He also has an alternate color palette that first appeared in "Bubble Bass's Tab" where he wears an orange sweater with a yellow collar.

Role in series
Mr. What Zit Tooya has made a somewhat large amount appearances throughout the series so far. He was at first used as a one-time character for the episode "Good Ol' Whatshisname." In the episode "High Sea Diving," a redesigned variant of him known as Incidental 178 was created as a regular incidental character where he is usually portrayed as an elderly citizen. He makes his biggest role yet in his debut, "Good Ol' Whatshisname" as part of the main plot for nearly half the episode.

"Good Ol' Whatshisname"
His biggest role yet as mystery man vest. When Squidward first asks his name for a contest between him and SpongeBob to earn a prize, his answer sounds like he is annoyed: "What's it to ya?" After many attempts to learn his name, Squidward steals his wallet, and after being chased by him and Incidental 118, he looks at his driver's license to discover that the customer's name is literally "What Zit Tooya" as in "What's it to ya?" After stealing his wallet, Squidward is arrested by the man's request.
"High Sea Diving"
He is seen at Old Man Jenkins' party at the Shady Shoals Rest Home. He later walks away back into the retirement home with the other seniors when Jenkins gets lifted to the surface by his birthday balloons.
"The Ghost of Plankton"
He appears at Plankton's funeral where he is one of the funeral goers that angrily stomp on Plankton at the end of the episode.
"Bubble Bass's Tab"
Incidental 178 is seen writing a check to Mr. Krabs in order to get Bubble Bass's tab all paid up.
"There Will Be Grease"
Incidental 178 appears swinging on a pipe for a short time and falls down during the riot at the Dr. Krabton's.
"Karen for Spot"
Incidental 178 is part of the collision that Spot causes from devouring a fire hydrant.
The Patrick Star Show
"Bummer Jobs"
Incidental 178 is seen sitting on a rocking chair on top of the items Patrick was carrying while he was posing as a taxi cab.
"Terror at 20,000 Leagues"
Incidental 178 appears as a zombie at Famous Zed's Brain Buffet where he at first sneezes his head off and is then seen feasting on Larry the Lobster's brain.
"Too Many Patricks"
He takes out a stake to attack Cave Patrick after seeing him crash a funeral.
"A Fool Schooled"
He and Incidental 163 go on the swings on the playground together.
Trivia
- According to his license, he is 7 inches tall and weighs 5 ounces.
- As well as this, he lives on 150 Shell Street in Bikini Bottom.
- Despite him having visible hair, his license says that he has no hair.
- In the Croatian dub, his name is "Šta Te Briga," which translates to "What Do You Care."
- It means the same in the European Spanish dub, as he is called "Que Le Importa."
- However it can also be ''Quele Importa'', as the subtitles in Clan TVE (which is one of the channels that airs SpongeBob in Spain) indicates this.
- Coincidentally, "Que Le Importa" is also one of Chavo and Chilindrina from the Mexican sitcom from 70s El Chavo del Ocho's catchphrases, usually when Quico asks one of them why they're crying.
- It means the same in the European Spanish dub, as he is called "Que Le Importa."
- In the Arabic dub, his name is "لماذا تسأل" which translates to "Why are you asking."
- In the Romanian dub, his name is "Cu Ce Te Încurcă" which translates to "What Does it Bother You With."
