Description
The muscle guy is a live photo of a muscular man. He wears dark blue shorts with little white flowers on them.
Role in episode
His only line is "Ja, buns and thighs!," supporting SpongeBob's statement, "All this running is good for your buns and thighs." He speaks in an Austrian accent.

- He is meant to be a parody of real-life bodybuilder, as well as actor and politician, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
- Animation director Alan Smart provided the face of this character and his voice was done by Tom Kenny.
