Ned
Ned is a minor character who appears in the episodes "Wigstruck" and "Hello Bikini Bottom!"
Description
Ned is a faded blue fish with pale blue lips. He also has long teeth and a balding spot with a few strands of hair. He wears a purple shirt under a dark gray vest with a brown necklace with a golden peace sign, indigo pants, and black shoes.

Ned has made only two episode appearances so far where he has been portrayed as the leader of his own band in both of his appearances.
Roles
"Wigstruck"
Ned is on the Ned and the Needlefish tour bus with a wig on. While teasing him, one of his bandmates accidentally chucks the wig out the window. Soon their boss fires them because Ned is bald. Ned is walking through Bikini Bottom when the wig lands back on him and rejoices.
"Hello Bikini Bottom"
Ned and the Needlefish are hosted at a building that SpongeBob, Squidward, Mr. Krabs, and Patrick arrive at. At another gig they attend, Mr. Krabs redirects Ned and the Needlefish to an Electronics Outhouse. They're performing at the Electronics Outhouse when Bert asks them to help with something, to which Ned directs him to one of his bandmates.
