Description
He is a small lavender fish who wears large thick glasses with light blue lens, a large helmet with OWS written on it in red text, a white shirt with a green tie, and brown pants.
Role in episode
He is called into the Krusty Krab by SpongeBob to find out if Squidward's injury is fake or not. Just as he is about to fine Mr. Krabs one dollar after finding all of the evidence about the injury through Squidward's story, Mr. Krabs remembers a surveillance camera he installed earlier. The camera reveals that Squidward slept on the shelf and caused it to break, thus causing his own injury.
