Synopsis

When Squidward yells at SpongeBob to leave him alone for annoying him, SpongeBob makes his own friend out of a patty and kitchen utensils, called Patty Pal. He juggles for Patty Pal, then they play pretend as pirates, and Squidward puts in an order for a hundred Krabby Patties. SpongeBob tells Patty Pal a story as he makes them, and ends up serving the patties with Patty Pal on the top of the stack.

Squidward serves Patty Pal to the customer, who bites into it, to SpongeBob's horror. The customer begins choking, and SpongeBob gives the customer the Heimlich maneuver. The customer chokes out a hook that had been stuck in his throat for weeks, thanks SpongeBob, and he gives Krabs a good review. Krabs tells SpongeBob to make more Patty Pals to cure more customers.
