Description
He is a small, light green fish. He wears a mustard-yellow shirt and a coin holder to hold quarters in around his waist.
Role in episode
He is inside of the quarter guy's hair during their dance in the Dance A Thon. Since the rules of the competition state that the dancers cannot have a partner, he and the unnamed purple fish automatically lose, despite their dance being very successful.
