The pirate captain[1] is a fish who appears in the episode "Dirty Bubble Returns."
Description
He is a dirty brown fish with a black shirt, gray pants, and black boots. He has a black pirate's hat and a light orange beard, along with light orange eyebrows. He wears a light blue undershirt.
Role in episode
He appears inside a ship telling a story to his crew, until the Dirty Bubble comes and makes him clean. He then says that it is time to have tea and cakes, but his crew beat him up.
