PlanKrab is a combination clone of Mr. Krabs and Plankton who appears as the main antagonist in the episode "The Krusty Bucket."
Description
He looks like Mr. Krabs, but he is much taller. His head is green and he has one eye with two red Plankton antennae on it. His claws and legs are red. His head resembles that of Plankton, but the rest of his body resembles that of Mr. Krabs. He has a singular eye (like Plankton) that has the same shape as Mr. Krabs' eyes. He also has Mr. Krabs' nose.
Role in episode
He is created when Plankton uses DNA from his antenna and Mr. Krabs' hair. He plans to use PlanKrab to simply steal the Krabby Patty secret formula. PlanKrab easily steals the formula, but he also takes over the Krusty Krab, kicks Mr. Krabs out onto the streets, and brainwashes Squidward and SpongeBob. He reveals that he did it all by using his soothing handshake. He then uses his handshake on Plankton, which causes him to take over the Chum Bucket as well.
PlanKrab puts the two restaurants together, creating the Krusty Bucket. Plankton and Krabs realize they need to work together in order to get their restaurants back, but after many failed attempts they decide to work for PlanKrab instead. PlanKrab gives them the job as bathroom managers, which causes Mr. Krabs and Plankton to start arguing and fighting.
When PlanKrab sees the two arguing, he does not know who to side with and splits into two PlanKrabs - Red PlanKrab and Green PlanKrab - and start arguing with each other as well. Krabs and Plankton then trick the two PlanKrabs into shaking hands with each other, causing them both to die by melting away as well as getting rid of PlanKrab for real.
Trivia
- He speaks with an exaggerated pirate accent, even more so than Mr. Krabs, and he ends most sentences with an -ererer.
- He does not share Mr. Krabs' cheap nature.
- However, he does share Plankton's evil side.
- He has two different laughs: a Mr. Krabs laugh and a Plankton laugh.
