He is a lavender fish with chubby cheeks, purple lips, and a pinkish-purple dorsal fin who wears a dark teal shirt, deep green pants, and black shoes.

"Once Bitten" / Mistaken Identity
When the orange guy tells him that Gary the Snail bit him, the purple guy tells him that a snail bit him too which means he has Mad Snail Disease as well. The two of them then run away and freak out together.
