Incidental 222 is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Rock Bottom." He is classified as a deep sea-type incidental.
Description
He is an odd deep green fish who has a large light yellow eye with a red iris and dark red colored pupil and dark olive green eyelashes. He has dark olive green spikes on his back, resembling that of a dinosaur's, and is seen wearing light blue pants. His mouth seems to be on his chest and he has very small olive green fins just below his mouth. He also has small dark red spots on the side of his body and large hot pink lips.
Names
- In Employee of the Month (video game), a female variant of him was named Tiffany.
- In "Food PBFFT! Truck," he is named Frank.
Role in series
Incidental 222 has made very few appearances in the series. Like all "deep sea" type incidentals, he is a lot less common than the other incidental types due to usually being portrayed as a Rock Bottomite. He and Incidental 211 appear to be the most commonly used "deep sea" type incidentals.
Major roles
"Rock Bottom"
He first appears leaving one of the Rock Bottom bathrooms. He is also seen taking SpongeBob's Kelp Nougat Crunch bar from the Kandy Machine. He later appears as the attendant at the Rock Bottom bus station window. SpongeBob waits in line for a long time to speak with him. When he finally arrives at the window, Incidental 222 has trouble understanding SpongeBob's "accent" and when SpongeBob does the accent, he tells him that the next bus to Bikini Bottom leaves in five seconds. Unfortunately, the bus that left is the last one until morning. The manager closes the station afterwards.
"Out of the Picture"
He is one of the Rock Bottomites who appear when Squidward delivers food to 237 Rock Bottom. He and the other Rock Bottomites put on party hats and blow raspberries upon reuniting with SpongeBob.
"The Night Patty"
He is a customer at the Krusty Krab night shift where he is shown to dislike the taste of a Krabby Patty like all the other night shift customers as well as liking the taste of a Night Patty. He also watches SpongeBob fight the Fisherman.
"SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout"
He is one of the party guests who walk past SpongeBob's parents.
"Food PBFFT! Truck"
He gets off of a bus after going to the Krusty Krab with other Rock Bottomites where he gives a Krabby Patty to Incidental 211.

Employee of the Month
He appears at the Rock Bottom Bus station as a female clerk where she tells SpongeBob to go to WSEA TV if he wants to go home. Another female variant of him named Tiffany appears at the WSEA as a receptionist where she doesn't allow SpongeBob to get past her unless he is a repairman. She ends up believing that SpongeBob is a repairman when he is holding a box of tools that he got from Jojo and she lets him gets past her in order to talk to Incidental 214. These two female Incidental 222s are also sisters in this game.
Lights, Camera, Pants! (home console)
He appears as one of the Rock Bottomites in the background for the SpongeBob SquarePants has hit Rock Bottom painting in the art gallery.
Sandy's Shrubbery Shakedown 2
He appears as an obstacle in Rock Bottom levels. He wanders slowly around the screen, and if one of Sandy's rocks hits him, it bounces away. In this game, he is redesigned to have a more fish-like appearance.
SpongeBob Tower Defense
He appears as both a Mythic Unit from the Summon Pool, and as an enemy in chapter 6 of story mode.

He is one of the Rock Bottom residents who try to steal SpongeBob's bubble bike.
Trivia
- In the "Rock Slide" and "Now That We're Men..." levels of the video game adaptation of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, a monster fish who closely resembles him appears in the trench.
- He is the only known regular incidental who has one eye.
- He makes his first speaking role in "Rock Bottom."
