Sea anemone
Sea anemones are a group of marine animals found in the order Actiniaria. They frequently appear in the background in the series, often seen attached on rocks or on the ground. Sea anemones are treated more like plants,[1][2][3] even though they are animals, thus forming a large part of the marine fauna. They are generally small in size, cylindrical in shape, with a mouth opening surrounded by a ring of tentacles. Their color and pattern can vary, but most often they are white with red spots. However, in the episode "The Night Patty," a sea anemone called Jennifer appears that greatly differs from the other sea anemones seen in the series, as it is able to talk and is much bigger in size. A live-action dancing anemone has appeared on television broadcast to both Bikini Bottom[4][5] and Encino.[6]
