Squidward Tentacles
He was a member of the club, but not willingly or actively a participant in it. He is also the president of the club, a position applied to him against his will. SpongeBob and Patrick cause Squidward to become a member and because of them he now has to do community service every Sunday for the rest of his life.
SpongeBob SquarePants
He founded the club and was the only person present at the meeting who was awake. He also participated in stopping Squidward's house from destroying Bikini Bottom. He currently does community service.
Patrick Star
