Sparklenose is a character who appears in the episode "Don't Make Me Laugh."

Description

He is a pale white fish with yellow body and face paint. On his nose is a giant disco ball. He wears large blue shoes and a blue bow tie.

Role in episode

When SpongeBob is trying to find a place that will not make him laugh, he goes into the cemetery, but ends up at Sparklenose's funeral. SpongeBob accidentally trips and crashes onto Sparklenose, making him reveal that he was alive after all. SpongeBob apologizes and leaves, but falls and knocks a flower wreath off its holder. Sparklenose's allergies trigger and he sneezes, exploding his nose and making glitter spray everywhere. He and the clowns honk their horns at SpongeBob, who asks for forgiveness and runs away.
