SpongeBob E.V.I.L.Pants is a SpongeBob SquarePants comic strip published in Nickelodeon Magazine.
Synopsis
SpongeBob, dressed as a supervillain, tells Patrick that he is going to join the organization E.V.I.L., consisting of Man Ray, the Dirty Bubble and Jumbo Shrimp. Patrick is upset his friend is turning evil, but SpongeBob reassures him that he is really going undercover to get them arrested. Elsewhere, E.V.I.L. is holding tryouts and have rejected potential candidates such as Plankton, Squidward and Squilliam, and Pearl even startles them once. SpongeBob arrives as the last to show up, introducing himself as the Little Litterer, and demonstrates his ability to litter wherever he goes. The villains are not impressed and reject him, causing SpongeBob to cry and flood the gym with his tears. The villains agree this is a superpower they can use and accept SpongeBob in.
At E.V.I.L. Headquarters, Man Ray demonstrates their plan to steal a painting called the Moray Lisa from the Bikini Bottom Museum. Dirty Bubble will use his surface tension to hold the guards, Man Ray will zap the case with his ray gun, and Jumbo will carry the painting with his super strength; SpongeBob's job is to cry to distract the tourists. While the villains are heading to the museum, SpongeBob takes his chance and leaves a trail of litter to mark their track, causing the police to show up and arrest them right when they reach the museum. SpongeBob is unmasked and reveals he brought E.V.I.L. to justice, and the guards recognize him and let him off the hook while Dirty Bubble, Man Ray and Jumbo are taken to jail. The comic ends with SpongeBob questioning how long the villains will be jailed.
