Description
He is a light green fish who wears an orange shirt with white sleeves, brown pants, black shoes, and has a mustache.
Role in episode
He asks Mr. Krabs how he is going to pay for the damages of the train crashing into the bank. Mr. Krabs says he has an "important meeting," but the bank teller says that Krabs has just enough money in his bank account to pay for the damages, much to the latter's dismay, who screams in despair.
