The Bikini Bottom fish
Character
The Bikini Bottom fish[1] are two incidental characters who usually appear as a green-shirted blue male fish and a blue-dressed green female fish.
They were designed for the show's merchandise style guides and have appeared in many pieces of tie-in media, such as games, toys, and books. Their earliest appearance was in the Super Stuffed Nicktoons Weekend 2007 promos. Because they were designed for the show's merchandise, they have never appeared in an actual episode.
Description
The male fish is a tall, light blue fish with a spiky dorsal fin and darker blue lips. He wears a green collared shirt. The female fish is light green with a smooth orange dorsal fin. Both fish have light yellow eyes with black pupils.
Trivia
- The green-shirted blue male fish resembles a fish who makes a few background appearances in "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy IV."
- The blue-dressed green female fish is colored like Mrs. Poecilia.
- In the book Food Fight!, Incidentals 22 and 41 are colored like the blue-dressed green female fish and the green-shirted blue male fish, respectively.
