The Bird Brains are a group of puppets that Potty the Parrot hired to play in the episode "Party Pooper Pants." They are a punk-rock band who played the song "Underwater Sun." They are very similar to Potty.

The Bird Brains were portrayed by the band The Cramps, while the lead singer was voiced by the late Lux Interior.

Role in episode

They perform a song at Patchy's house party during the Patchy segments of the episode. They are later seen during the custom end credits of the episode.
