The Foot is a character who appears in the episode "Captain Pipsqueak." He serves as an enemy of the League of E.V.I.L.
Description
He is a live-action bare purple foot wearing a red cape around his ankle.
Role in episode
Man Ray orders Plankton to leave a flaming bag of snail droppings on his doorstep as part of the test of his villainy. The Foot answers the door and crushes the bag with it, along with Plankton, who manages to get from under him. He also blows up The Foot's house along with him, using his special chum mix.
