Exterior
It is a large, dark blue building with black, sliding glass doors that have golden handles between two black display windows. Above the doors there is a dark blue sign that reads "Top Secret Laboratory And Research Facility" in light gray text. There are also four green lamps.
In front of the two display windows, there are two pots of three-leaves plants. On the left side of the building there is a security camera.
Role in episode
Incidental 106 makes a new ray that will shrink any ordinary mail man to the size of a grain of sand. SpongeBob, Mrs. Puff, and Squidward then come crashing through the building with their boatmobile, which falls victim to the shrink ray, resulting in them and the boat shrinking.
They then ride on a potato chip near the drain, which is about to be eaten by Incidental 154, until Johnson sprays water at him at by the drain, which the trio drives through, leading them out through a water fountain at Mrs. Puff's Boating School and growing them back to their normal size.
