Description
He is a gigantic octopus with red bloodshot eyes, a sharp beak, and a visible scare on the right side of his face. On his head is a tattered pirate hat and one of his arms has a hook on it.

The tough customer has made one appearance in the series so far and was firstly designed to be a Salty Spitoon patron.

"Salty Sponge"
He is a patron at the Salty Spitoon who SpongeBob SquarePants cooks a brick sandwich for. He quickly devours it and ends up liking it. He makes an appearance earlier in the episode during a panoramic shot of the bar.
Trivia
- Unlike most characters in the series, he is animated via the show's closeup paintings and as a result never truly moves from his sitting position.
