Tough guy fish
The tough guy fish, also known as the shaved tough guy fish, is a minor character who first appears in the episode "No Weenies Allowed."
Description
He is a muscular light purple fish who has a spiky dorsal fin that looks like a mohawk haircut, a lighter part at the top of his head with little hair strands, and also has short mouth fins and darker purple stripes on his arms. He wears a greenish-beige tank top and a pair of brownish-dark gray pants that cover his feet.
Role in series
The tough guy fish has made a few appearances throughout the series. He is normally portrayed as a muscular fish that can be commonly seen among other muscular characters. He has yet to have his own speaking role. He was firstly designed to be a patron at The Salty Spitoon.

He is seen eating at the Krusty Krab with Incidental 24 and mohawk brute 1.
"A Life in a Day"
He is seen as part of the biker gang that chases SpongeBob and Patrick for knocking over their motorcycles.
"Larry the Floor Manager"
He is seen with Larry when running the Healthy Krab.
"Cuddle E. Hugs"
He angrily flings SpongeBob off his shoulders into the hands of Sandy after everyone gets eaten by Cuddle E. Hugs.
"Handemonium"
He is one of the members of the wrestling club in Larry's Gym that loses to Mr. Krabs in an arm wrestling match.
