Tuba player 4 is a band incidental who first appears in the episode "Patty Hype."
Description
They are a faded blue fish with a pale blue front and fins, dark blue lips, and three dark faded blue spots on the sides of their head. They wear a tall green hat with a black brim and a long yellow center, a green buttoned shirt with tassels on the shoulders, and green pants.

Tuba player 4 has made only two episode appearances so far as well as two book appearances that were based on one of the episodes they appeared in.
