He is a light green cave fish with orange hair and orange beard. He wears a brown hat and blue pants that are both somewhat ripped.

Uncle Belcher has appeared in only one episode so far, as well as having an online game appearance as well. He was firstly designed to be one of the many trenchbillies that serves as the secondary antagonist after Ma Angler.

He appears as one of the many trenchbillies in the trenchbilly family who serve as the secondary antagonist after Ma Angler. When Incidental Y1 tells Ma Angler the story of how SpongeBob and Patrick crashed into the bathroom while the former was going there, Ma does not believe him. Because of this, Cletus asks Uncle Belcher to tell her the whole story, leading to him belching, as he speaks that way.
