He is a short pale tan elderly fish with a tan dorsal fin and lips and dark tan liver spots. He has chest hair and he wears a pale green polo shirt, dark brown pants with a black belt, white shoes, and thick glasses.

Unknown "Senior" 1 has appeared in only two episodes so far. He was firstly portrayed to be one of old man Patrick's many elderly friends at Shady Shoals Rest Home.
