Unknown "Senior" 2 has appeared in only two episodes so far. She was firstly portrayed to be one of old man Patrick's many elderly friends at Shady Shoals Rest Home.

She is one of the many seniors who are first seen swimming at the public pool until he was ordered to go back to Shady Shoals Rest Home along with all the other seniors. He is also one of the many seniors who hang out with old man Patrick and SpongeBob throughout a majority of the episode.
