The user activity policy outlines definitions for active, semi-active, and inactive users. This applies to many other policies including the user rights policy.

User activity policy

Active User - Any user who has made at least one hundred (100) contributions within one month preceding the present date and/or is actively involved in any of the ESB official discussions as well as Discord or Chat. By actively involved, meaning participating in conversations on a regular basis.
Semi-Active User - Any user who has made between fifty (50) and ninety-nine (99) contributions within two months preceding the present date and/or is occasionally involved in ESB official discussions as well as ESB Chat and ESB Discord. By occasionally involved, meaning participating in conversations on a not-so-much regular basis.
Inactive User - Any user who has made fewer than fifty contributions within three (3) months preceding the present date and/or is rarely involved in ESB official discussions as well as ESB Chat and ESB Discord. By rarely involved, meaning participating in conversations every once in a while.
