*as a bureaucrat and administrator, it is my job to enforce ESB:Policy. please remember that i am only doing my job. if you have a problem with the wiki's rules, do not take your frustration out on me. *in most circumstances, i will give two warnings before blocking. if i give you a warning, i do not have anything against you, and in no way do i want you to stop contributing. it only means that you need to be following the rules. **the only exceptions are trolling (immediate infinite block), unacceptable usernames (including impersonation; immediate infinite block), being active on multiple accounts (immediate infinite block for the alternate account and immediate minimum one-month block for the main account), and vandalism as first edits (immediate infinite block).

*i am uncomfortable with live chats where anyone can come in at any time. please do not try to force me to enter the chatroom. there are plenty of other active administrators and chat moderators who would be willing to help you. **i am active in the ESB Chat Moderators, ESB Administrators, and ESB Bureaucrats skype groups. i am more comfortable with these groups because only users with the corresponding rights are allowed in, and i feel safe with these users because they have earned their rights on the wiki. **be aware that if you add me to a skype group without my permission, i will block you from my contacts. please get my permission first if you would like to add me to a skype group. *i became an administrator in order to manage articles and keep vandalism and account abuse under control. just because i am an administrator does not mean i am required to be involved in the social side of the wiki. *i am aware of multiple instances in which i was recorded visiting the chatroom. this was not my intention. if you have seen me in chat, it was either an accident or a glitch.
