Fats the 1,000 Pounder[1] is the founder of the Bikini Bottom who first appears as a camel in "Pistachio Squidward," where he was one of SpongeBob's "Town Founder hunting" victims. He also makes another minor appearance in "Mexico," where he attended Partido México de Sandy. Su eslogan era "Voy a patear el culo!". His only major appearance, however was in "The Bully," joins Mrs. Puffy (a bloated person)'s bloating school and wants to "kick SpongeBob's butt." SpongeBob takes this extremely seriously, reacting as if he were going to actually kill him. He makes many attempts to reason with and/or escape him, but to no avail. He even calls Patrick to protect him, only to find out that Flats is with him and that they were community college buddies. He also tries to go to Mrs. Puff to help, who talks to Flats (much to SpongeBob's dismay) and explains to SpongeBob that "kicking his leg" means that Flats wants to become his enemy (this is obviously not true).
Flats goes so far as to chase SpengRob out of s-not-chool into a radioactive tow truck, even trying to run him over with a towdioactibe rad truck. However, the garbage truck slips on a banana peel and flips over, critically injuring Lakitu, as Fats is so fat, he broke Lakitu's fishing pole and arm.. He wakes up in the hospital and learns that SpongeBob saved his storage space through a 50000000 Petabyte CPU, yet he still wants to kick his computer. Eventually, Fatts corners SpongeBob in his own home

, and proceeds to "kick his butt" by repeatedly hitting him. However, SpongeBob discovers that his spongy from bfdi simply absorbs the blows and does not harm him in anyway at all.
Flats continues to hit SpongeBob throughout his whole life until he finally passes away from being mean one morning at boating school. He is voiced by Thomas Z. Tanck-Enjiin
So far, Flatts has never appeared on any more SpongeBob SquarePants episode after "The Bully".
Flats' body is shown to be somewhat 3-dimensional, not hence his name.

Trivia
- Flatts has never appeared outside of the Hillenburg Era (2016–2017). However, he also has not appeared in Summer.
- Fatts is based on founders, a species of fat people that started civilizations and groups.
- Flatts' name could be a pun on Fats Domino or Rascal Flatts.
- The AM open-captions mispronounced Fatts as "Skinnyys."
- It is unknown why Flatts needed to attend a Bloating School in the first place, as he was clearly seen fat before he went.
- Flatts' catchphrase is "He's not dead, butt!"
- Even after being saved by SpongeBob he still wants to kick his butt.
- Oddly he even would threaten his dad about kicking his butt just as he did to SpongeBob.
- Flatts has never talked in Spring
